Orders and Returns
Q. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
A. You may send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to modify an order after it has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to modify your order as we process and ship them out very quickly.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We are required to charge applicable state and county/local sales tax on purchases made in the state of South Carolina.
Q. What is your policy concerning out of stock items?
A. Occasionally, an item you ordered may be out of stock due to high demand or a discrepancy in our inventory. When this happens, we will send you an e-mail notifying you about the out of stock item and your credit card will be refunded.
Q. Can I order pieces in different fabrics?
A. Some pieces are available in different fabric selections. Because these items are custom-made to your specifications, they require more production time.
Q. Can I return items purchases online to your local boutiques?
A. Unfortunately, stores cannot process returns for items purchased online at this time. Please contact Customer Service at 888-855-4994 or email@example.com for assistance with these returns.
Q. How do I cancel my order completely?
A. If you are in the process of checking out and decide you do not want to complete the order, you can leave the check out process at anytime by using your browser back button or clicking on the logo at the top of the page.
Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it has already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and inquire about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call us at 888-855-4994 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. How will I know that you've received my order?
A. Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).
Credits, Payments, and Discounts
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
Q. Is my credit card information secure?
A. Yes. We use secure server software (SSL), which is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions.
Q. How is tax estimated for my order?
A. Taxes are estimated based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address based on the zip code you enter.
Q. Can I use a discount code for all products?
A. We occasionally create discount codes for certain products or collections. Those discounts will be applied to those specified products or products within specified collections if the code has not expired. Visit our discounts page for exclusions that may apply and for additional information regarding discounts.
