Postcard from Paris® Home takes pride in the quality of our merchandise, and we want you to be thrilled with your experience.  We are pleased to offer refunds on returns received within 30 days of the original invoice date. Please note that it will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive it. If you would like to make a return, please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:
 
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items received within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items that are in original condition with the original tags and have not been altered, used, or damaged. 
 
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, or special order items, including artwork. We also do not accept returns on sale items, earrings, antiques or vintage items or gift cards. 
 
Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply.  We reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.
 
A copy of the original invoice or order number and name of original purchaser is required for any exchanges/returns.
 
Shipping and/or delivery costs are nonrefundable, except in cases where we have made an error. If you have received the wrong item, please notify us, and we will ship the correct item and issue a refund for return shipping.
 
Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24-hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by Postcard from Paris Home and cannot be refunded.
 
After reading our Return Policy above and ensuring that your items are eligible for return, simply fill out the return form here and we will contact you to complete your return.
 
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
 
Ship your merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We strongly recommend that you insure the package in case of lost or damaged shipment and/or consider purchasing tracking and/or delivery confirmation, as we are only able to issue a refund on merchandise we receive. We cannot be responsible for lost items being returned to us.
 
All prices on our Web site are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
