Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped via UPS and a shipping confirmation will be provided via e-mail; these shipping rates are based on the items ordered and delivery destination as calculated by UPS. For larger case goods, upholstered items, or antiques, alternate shipping arrangements may be provided for, including white glove delivery. 

Order Processing
Our Greenville, South Carolina headquarters' business hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm ET. Orders placed after normal business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm ET Friday will be processed Monday.  Some items are special order and may have a longer lead-time; please see the individual product for more specific information on availability. Unless otherwise specified, most orders ship within one (1) business day of being processed.

Special holiday note: For standard ground shipping, UPS cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas on orders placed after December 17. Please keep in mind order processing time when placing your order before Christmas and selecting ground shipping. Individual items that indicate estimated shipping timeframes have an additional lead-time that must be taken into account when selecting shipping method.

For all Michael Aram items, please make note of the following shipping deadlines.

Dec 15th - last day to  receive reg ground orders to ship before Christmas

Dec 22nd last day to receive orders for 2 day shipment  for Christmas delivery (orders must be in by 12pm)

Dec 23 last day to receive orders for overnight delivery for Christmas day delivery  ( orders must be in by 12pm)

Dec 25th - 26th closed  no shipments going out

January 1-2nd closed  no shipments going out
** Dec 29th  - January  11th- annual inventory  ** No shipping during these dates **

Product Availability
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact at customerservice@postcardfromparis.com for additional information.

Delivery Restrictions
Postcard from Paris Home does not deliver to P.O. boxes nor do we ship outside of the U.S. or to Canada, nor to the U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If you have further questions, please contact us at customerservice@postcardfromparis.com.

Delivery Changes
If a package is returned to sender due to an error of Postcard from Paris Home, the cost of reshipment will be covered at our expense.

Please make sure to review all information when placing an order (shipping, billing address, credit card information, etc.). If any information needs to be changed after placing the order contact Postcard from Paris Home immediately by calling 888-855-4994 or emailing customerservice@postcardfromparis.com. We cannot guarantee addresses can be changed if the package has left our location. Postcard from Paris Home is not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses given to us at the time of purchase. 

Although UPS is our preferred shipper, we reserve the right to use alternate carriers without notice. Your selected method of shipping (e.g. ground, two-day, or overnight) will not be impacted. Overnight orders must be received by 2pm EST in order to be processed that day.

Pricing Policy
All prices online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Shipping Promotions
We occasionally run free ground shipping promotions; however, free shipping does not apply to case goods, antiques, upholstery items, lighting, or other furnishings pieces. This promotion may not be used with discount codes for any other offer.
